The chaats, the samosas, the spice, the energy… none of it felt truly authentic in Germany. One casual get-together changed everything. We cooked the streetfood classics we grew up with, shared them with friends, and realized how much we all longed for those real Indian flavors — served in a space that felt modern, warm, and unmistakably Indian. That night planted the seed.
What followed was a journey on wheels: our first food truck, serving the dishes we couldn’t find anywhere else. From there, we grew into catering — first for families, birthdays, and weddings, then for corporate events that trusted us to bring India’s soul to their tables.
Step by step, flavor by flavor, we reached our dream — opening our own restaurant in the heart of Würzburg, where authentic Indian street food meets a modern Indian ambience. This is our story. And it’s still being written with every dish we serve.
